West on Centre has turned over its specials board again — six new dishes this week, from a $12 mushroom soup to a $37 bone-in porkchop — and Klin Thai’s Thai Omakase runs Friday through Sunday at $129 a person. Old Friend Pizza’s shop-only seasonal debut is still running, both prices re-checked this week, and Boston Ale House’s Game Day menu is confirmed for three game days.
